Pericyte Medium (PM)는 정상 인간 혈관 pericytes의 체외 최적 성장을 위해 설계된 완전 배지입니다. Essential 및non-essential amino acids, vitamins, organic 및 inorganic compounds, hormones, growth factors,  trace minerals, 그리고 low concentration(2%)의 태아 소 혈청을 함유한 무균 액체 배지입니다.
본 배지는 중탄산염 완충 처리되어 있으며, 5% CO₂/95% 공기 조건의 인큐베이터에서 평형 상태 시 pH 7.4를 유지합니다. 이 배지는 정량적·정성적으로 설계되어 체외에서 정상 인간 혈관 주변세포의 증식과 성장을 선택적으로 촉진하는 정의되고 최적 균형의 영양 환경을 제공합니다.

• Storage: Store the basal medium at 4°C, the PGS, the FBS and the P/S solution at -20°C. Protect from light.
